❋ Banners completed based on due date, not order date!

❋ Please allow up to 1 week for banner completion. If you need your banner sooner than 1 week, please add the rush order fee to your cart!

❋ Customization is allowed for holiday banners, but only in color, fonts, and text! The overall design layout will remain the same.

❋Once your order has been purchased, it is non-refundable! *Refunds done on case-by-case basis*

❋ Local pickup/delivery/meetup is available! Take this into consideration when stating banner deadline. (FV, HS, Cary, Apex, Raleigh, Angier, and surrounding areas!)
