What information should I provide for the project?
For the project, I ask you provide client/brand name, target audience, project goals, design preferences, project inspiration, and any current brand assets you would like to use.

How long will the project take?
Most brand design projects range between 2-6 weeks, depending on package, deadlines, and other circumstances.

Do you offer revisons?
Yes! Unlike many designers, I actually offer an unlimited number of revisions. This is so I can create the perfect project for you!

I'm not sure what I want for my project. Can you help?
Absolutely! I’ll guide you through the process, and we’ll explore different design ideas until we find something that truly resonates with your brand.

What's the refund policy?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, once work has started, refunds are not issued due to the time and effort invested in the project. However, I strive to ensure you are satisfied with the results.

Do you offer rush services?
I do! Depending on the complexity of the project, I can accommodate your rush request. An additional fee may be charged due to working at a faster pace.

What file formats will I recieve?
You will receive high-quality formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector formats. These will depend on your project.

What's the payment plan look like?
Before beginning work on any project, I require a 50% deposit. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and ensures your commitment to working with me.

I've chosen to work with you! What are the next steps?
Thank you for choosing to work with me! Once you’ve filled out an inquiry form, I’ll start sending over documents to be reviewed. This will include a project proposal, contract, and client questionnaire workbook!

How long do custom product orders take?
Custom orders will take up to 1 week, from purchase date to delivery.

What if I want something you don't offer?
No worries! I am very versatile so if you are interested in a custom product I don’t currently offer, just shoot me an email and we can chat about it! I very rarely say no :)

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! I occasionally have a coupon for new customers, as well as giveaways that are posted on my social media platforms. Be sure to follow me on those to stay in the loop!

Do you offer rush services?
I do! If you need your product sooner than >1 week, you can add the Rush Order Fee to your cart! This will ensure that I complete your order before all others!

What order do you complete banners in?
I complete banner orders based on due date, so if someone has an order with a closer due date than yours, even though you ordered before them, their order gets priority!

What tools/materials do you use?
I use a variety of materials to create products, depending on the piece. All materials and tools used are linked in my Amazon Storefront!
